Française In the mining industry, materials are usually crushed by the crushing machines or crushers or breakers. There are many kinds of ways for materials to be crushed, and here our experts will show you the detailed information of these methods.
1. Squashing: put materials between two working faces of the equipment and add some pressure, then they are crushed under certain pressure stress. This method is usually applied for the bulk materials.
2. Chopping: materials are put on one side of the handling surface with a pointing edge and when the pointed surface presses materials, it makes them chopped because the tensile stress of the separation surface reaches or excesses the materials’ tensile strength. 3. Breaking: in this method, materials are usually crushed by the bending stress.

The impact crushing method has the following situations: a. impact force from the moving parts of the equipment; b. high speed active materials crash the equipment; c. equipment and materials impact each other at the same time; d. high speed moving equipment impacts the impending materials.
5. Grinding: the cutting force and grinding force make materials be crushed.
