1. Introduction to Roller Crusher 

The roller crusher is suitable for coarse and medium crushing crisp and massive materials in the cement, chemistry, power station, mines, metallurgy, building materials, refractory and coal mines and other industries. The material feeding granularity is very big and the material discharging granularity is adjustable, and it is able to crush materials with compression strength less than 160MPa. It is ideal for especially the coal industry because when using this machine to crush the raw coal, the coal can be directly crushed after deironing and decontaminating. The crushed materials are even in granularity and low in over-crushing ratio, thus simplifying the coal dressing process and reducing the investment and production cost. 

2. Working Principle

 The materials fall from the material feeding mouth into the space between the two rollers and are squeezed and crushed and final products fall naturally. If there are some super-hard materials or materials that cannot be crushed, the rollers of the roller crusher can automatically yield relying on the hydraulic cylinder or the spring, thus increasing the gap between the two rollers, and then such material will fall, consequently, the machine will be protected from being damaged. There is gap between the two rollers rotating in an opposite direction, and changing the gap will control the biggest product discharging granularity. The double-roll crusher crushes materials with a pair of round roller rotating in an opposite direction and the four-roll crusher crushes materials two pairs of such kind of round rollers.
